PiNCAMP is the camping startup of ADAC, ANWB and TCS, aiming to be Europe's leading camping platform. The B2B Customer Support Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for campsite partners, managing inquiries and ensuring a seamless partner journey through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- You act as the first point of contact for campsite partners across Europe and manage their inquiries via email, phone and digital channels
- You identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal teams when further support is needed
- You actively support new partners after contract signature and guide them through the onboarding process until they are live on our platform
- You document partner communication, open topics and relevant updates in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Significant track record in B2B customer support or the like
- Full professional proficiency in German and English (C1/B2) both written and spoken
- Clear and confident communication with external partners and internal teams
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems and backend platforms
- Dutch and/or French language skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Interest in camping, travel or digital platforms
