Truly Investor Capital - Regional Sales Advisor (Business Purpose Lending DSCR, bridge, fix-and-flip)

Truly Investor Capital, a division of Oaktree Funding, is seeking a Regional Sales Advisor to enhance their private lending sales model. The role focuses on empowering top producers with real-time pricing control and efficient processing to streamline the lending process for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Control pricing in real time
• Utilize proprietary Salesforce-based origination platform to pre-qualify borrowers
• Generate live pricing on calls and lock terms immediately
• Ensure closings in as little as 7–10 days
• Oversee in-house feasibility, construction, fund control, and asset management
• Provide product flexibility for fix-and-flip and ground-up construction
• Manage a pipeline and a book of business
• Leverage integrated real-time pricing through LoanPass

Requirements:

• Have a track record in RTL, private lending, DSCR, or investor-focused mortgage sales
• Know how to manage a pipeline and a book of business
• Value speed, clarity, and credibility over transactional volume
• Want infrastructure that scales with them—not against them
