Phagenesis is dedicated to transforming lives by eliminating the burden of neurogenic dysphagia. The Manager, Sales Operations & Business Intelligence will support commercial capabilities through planning, reporting, and CRM management while providing insights and analytics to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for sales performance, pipeline, bookings, rep performance, and sales activities
- Prepare commercial review decks and sales leadership reporting packages with detailed analytics and KPI tracking
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support sales initiatives, market trends, and performance gaps
- Provide account-level reporting to support territory planning and decision-making
- Support commercial forecasting process to support the needs of the organization with key stakeholders, including inputs into Supply Chain and financial planning. Create, own and communicate long-term demand forecast models
- Coordinate setting up and administration of the appropriate Commission / Sales Incentive Structure to maximally motivating the Commercial Team (within the compensation plan)
- Support optimization of sales territories as the team grows, taking into consideration geographic proximities, account concentration and growth potential, different roles (sales role vs. clinical specialist role)
- Develop and maintain market opportunity analysis and mapping. Leverage analytical tools and data sets to gather insights and assess market entrance and capture
- Support pricing analysis and management
- Manage CRM Software solution allowing the organization (i) to track / analyse / optimize our sales team and customer engagement and (ii) to provide real time reporting on the commercial performance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by your manager
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Business Systems support (preferably in medical devices, pharma, or diagnostics)
- Experience administering or supporting Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Admin Certification a plus)
- Proficiency in Power BI or other BI tools; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning
- Familiarity with sales performance tracking, incentive comp, and territory planning concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Experience supporting global field sales organizations
- Familiarity with Carevoyance, claims data or similar tools
- Exposure to Sunshine Act or healthcare compliance reporting
