Trossen Robotics is a leading company in the robotics and AI industry, focused on building innovative products for various sectors. They are seeking a driven Sales Representative to build relationships with customers in universities, research labs, and manufacturing, while managing sales opportunities from outreach to close.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with universities, research labs, AI companies, robotics startups, manufacturers, and enterprise R&D teams
- Use our internal lead-generation system, inbound leads, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and trade show contacts to identify new opportunities
- Consult with customers about their robotics, automation, machine learning, and data collection needs
- Manage sales opportunities from outreach through discovery, quoting, follow-up, and close
- Work with leadership, engineering, marketing, and customer support to help customers get the right solution
- Represent Trossen Robotics at trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and industry events
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team as we expand into new markets
