Business Intelligence Analyst I

Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help transform data into meaningful insights that support clinical and operational decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders across the health system.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and clinical operations
• Assist with performance measurement, reporting, and information dissemination
• Identify and resolve data and reporting issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiatives
• Present data in a clear and user-friendly format for a variety of audiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of data analysis and reporting experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
