RBW Consulting is a rapidly growing environmental services organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and build long-term client partnerships. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, developing new business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
- Qualify and prioritise high-value opportunities
- Deliver compelling proposals and close deals with confidence
- Stay visible in the market, tracking trends, competitors, and client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' B2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling in lab services/environmental testing/wastewater
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Strong pipeline generation and management skills
- Comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Environmental, laboratory, engineering, or compliance-led services
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
