Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, supporting millions of customer conversations every day. They are seeking a Seasonal Customer Service/Technical Support representative to drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels and troubleshoot end user issues.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
- Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
- Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
- Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
- Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home
- Associates must have access to highspeed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
- Necessary equipment is provided by Foundever, though you may need to provide your own ethernet cable if your connection is over 6' from your workstation
