Scout Global is an AI Security Start-up seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their Cloud Security product initiatives. The role involves defining and executing the product vision for next-generation cloud security capabilities and collaborating with various teams to build scalable security products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for cloud security capabilities
- Define product requirements across cloud infrastructure security, identity security, posture management, runtime protection, and threat detection
- Partner closely with engineering and security teams to design scalable, enterprise-grade cloud security products
- Work with customers and design partners to understand evolving cloud and AI security challenges
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across security-related initiatives
- Collaborate with GTM and customer-facing teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value
- Monitor industry trends across cloud security, zero trust, AI security, compliance, and infrastructure protection
- Define metrics and success criteria around adoption, security posture, platform reliability, and customer impact
- Support integrations with cloud providers, enterprise security platforms, and infrastructure ecosystems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in cloud security with a major focus on runtime cloud security in particular
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern security principles
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with areas such as CSPM, CNAPP, IAM, SIEM, workload security, runtime protection, container security, or zero trust architectures
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and security teams
- Strong customer discovery and product strategy skills
- Experience shipping enterprise SaaS or infrastructure products
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
