About this role
Dice is a company seeking a Business Analyst for their Loftware and Labeling Solutions. The main purpose of this role is to gather and document business requirements, conduct workshops, analyze processes, and manage stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance during migration.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Maps)
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Analyze current-state ("As-Is") and define future-state ("To-Be") processes
- Lead label template migration and standardization initiatives
- Define integration requirements between Loftware and ERP/PLM/SQL systems
- Support SmartFlow artwork approval workflows
- Manage stakeholder communication and requirement sign-offs
- Support UAT, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare activities
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance during migration
Requirements:
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with Loftware Enterprise Cloud (preferred)
- Experience with NiceLabel or similar labeling platforms
- Print-on-Demand labeling solutions
- Enterprise Labeling Architecture
- Artwork Management & Approval Workflows
- SmartFlow (preferred)
- BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping
- ERP / PLM / SQL integration requirements
- UAT and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with Loftware Enterprise Cloud
- SmartFlow
