The Retail Marketing Manager for Giftsets will manage the development and execution of multi-category giftset programming to support brand success, including overseeing delivery processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely set delivery by managing the entire process: administrative input & reconciliation, content/creative briefing, and communicating/strategizing supply-chain delays
- Regularly presents plans & strategy to management
- Creates, plans, & analyzes retail & net sales reports for a business worth over $175M
- Conducts competitive market performance research to understand brand/category successes & opportunities for future activation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Graphs)
- Contribute to gif sets P&L,inclusive of maintaining margin with new sets (in cost & distribution), maximizing &eliminatin gE&O, and recommending potential markdowns/additional promotion
- Collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain, demand planning, operation, CGO, CMO (D2C & Amazon)for best-in-class execution
- Cosmo/DPM: code creation
- PWP (Beauty Box): $40M retail sales, development & allocation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in brand/trade/retail Marketing or a Commercial function
- Retail (marketing) or Sales experience mandatory
- Experience working across multiple categories
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence and align across teams and external partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing retail marketing budgets and optimizing spend for measurable results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Graphs)
