SENIOR FULL-STACK DEVELOPER (PYTHON + REACT)

SKM Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their team building production-grade applications for PwC. The role involves taking ownership of the full application lifecycle, focusing on developing AI-enabled systems that integrate advanced data platforms with user-centric applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust backend services and APIs using Python and spec-driven methodologies
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React and Next.js
• Implement and optimize GenAI features, including RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and memory management using LangGraph
• Design complex data models across Cosmos DB and Neo4j to support intelligent application logic
• Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with data teams on Databricks integrations and manage containerized deployments via Kubernetes

Requirements:

• Extensive commercial experience in full-stack engineering with Python and React
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled products or working with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Deep understanding of scalable software architecture and modern API design
• Ability to work independently, making informed technical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for US-business hour overlap (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM CET)
