Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote

Role Description:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Key activities:
- Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
- Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
- Participate in requirementgathering sessions and help document technical specifications
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established changemanagement processes
- Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar)
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
- Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
