TurnKey Lender is a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions to automate their lending operations. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth through lead engagement and targeted outreach, playing a critical role in generating and qualifying leads.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to marketing-generated leads and inquiries
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria including fit, interest, and timing
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and contacts within defined target segments
- Personalize messaging based on role, industry, and business challenges
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings that meet established criteria
- Support Senior BDRs and Account Executives with account research and list building
- Assist with pre-event and post-event outreach tied to campaigns and webinars
- Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and qualification outcomes
- Update lead status and ensure data quality within CRM
- Follow established processes for tracking outreach and pipeline contribution
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Coachable and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Interest in building a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus
- Experience or interest in fintech, financial services, or enterprise software is a plus
