Cleared UI/UX Designer

Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve the quality of life for citizens. They are seeking a Cleared UI/UX Designer to define design systems and create templates for user workflows, collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in design implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Helping to define design systems and define common templates/wireframes for functionality
• Look at specific population workflows in systems and envision how those workflows fit within a consolidated system
• Delivering interface design solutions for various clients, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex prototypes
• Conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are outlined accurately
• Utilize government-specified technology to produce interactive content and analytic product templates
• Showcasing your work in a portfolio

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex prototypes
• Experience conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are outlined accurately
• Utilize government-specified technology to produce interactive content and analytic product templates
• Portfolio showcasing your work
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
• Knowledge of recent design standards and trends
• Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
