Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position. This sales role focuses on executing the growth strategy for Liberty Healthcare’s population health service line, aiming to acquire significant new business and contribute to the organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales – with an emphasis cold calling and networking
- Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in health plans, managed care organizations, EAPS, and other payors
- Using solution-focused consultative sales techniques which leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies to meet customer needs
- Delivering presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience specifically in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of securing new business
- Established relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare and human services industry
- Self-starter who performs well with a high degree of autonomy
- Skilled in consultative sales
- Tenacious cold caller who can independently identify, engage, and influence high level decision makers
- Knowledge of population health concepts and services
