Command Alkon is a company that works with major customer accounts in the heavy building materials industry. The Enterprise Sales Manager will develop relationships, generate new revenue, and ensure customer success through effective sales strategies and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships within your defined accounts from C-Suite to Regional Management, IT, Operations, and Back Office personnel understanding their business needs and priorities from a top down perspective
- Generate net new revenue and grow existing revenue through selling SaaS and mobile solutions along with hardware, subscription, and professional services
- Create and maintain business pipeline and forecasts through Salesforce and Clari CRM applications
- Win projects and enterprise sales by actively prospecting, presenting, and selling complex products/services to Producers, Suppliers, and General Contractors
- Build and cultivate pipelines that convert leads into booked revenue
- Achieve sales goals by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Requirements:
- Experience finding new business along with developing and maintaining existing accounts
- High level acumen in presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing and growing within a sales territory or account base utilizing a consultative sales and entrepreneurial mindset
- Minimum of 5+ years selling SaaS software to both projects and enterprises
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce and Clari) and project database systems
- Team player in ability to work with Solution Specialists, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to make cohesive presentations and communications with customers
