Talent Groups is seeking a UAT Analyst to ensure that software applications meet business requirements and function as intended prior to release. The role involves validating system usability and functionality while acting as a liaison between various teams to drive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a critical liaison between the Clinical Data Mart (CDM) team, Availity (vendor platform), and internal technical/IT teams, the UAT Analyst drives collaboration across stakeholders to define, execute, and validate testing efforts
- The UAT Analyst is responsible for ensuring that software applications meet business requirements and function as intended prior to release
- This role validates system usability, functionality, and performance from an end-user perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
- The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions by ensuring system mappings, data accuracy, and functionality meet user expectations, ultimately enabling successful project outcomes and system adoption
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL (5+ years of experience)
- Proficiency in Snowflake (5+ years of experience)
- Expertise in Epic Clarity (5+ years of experience)
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools ie. Tableau (5+ years of experience)
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (5+ years of experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint (5+ years of experience)
- Ability to run scripts and perform data analysis ie. Python (3+ years of experience)
- Hands-on Experience in Healthcare data domain – Clinical data, Claims data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5+ years of experience)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills (5+ years of experience)
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments involving business, vendor, and technical teams (5+ years of experience)
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management (5+ years of experience)
