Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for QuickBooks Bill Pay, focusing on B2B customers and sales enablement, while translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive comprehensive GTM strategies across the product lifecycle (0→1 launches through growth and maturity) based on customer insights and compelling value propositions
- Develop business cases, market sizing, and success metrics to inform prioritization and investment decisions
- Lead product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring cross-functional alignment, execution excellence, and consistency across all customer touch points
- Serve as the voice of the customer, with deep focus on SMBs and accountant personas
- Build and maintain a robust learning agenda leveraging qualitative and quantitative research
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, sales, and channel teams
- Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging by simplifying complex payments and financial workflows into clear, benefit-driven narratives
- Build scalable sales and accountant enablement assets (educational content, pitch decks, objection handling, competitive battlecards, ROI narratives); define and optimize solution-selling frameworks
- Partner with channel marketing to build integrated campaigns across acquisition, and lifecycle, and sales channels
- Define and track key business metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue, retention), track funnel performance, and identify optimization opportunities based on performance data
- Develop learning agendas, define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
- Analyze GTM and campaign performance to generate insights and inform future strategy
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Proven track record of owning and executing successful GTM strategies
- Strong experience partnering with sales teams and driving revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful positioning and campaigns
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; executive level written communication
- MBA or equivalent business experience
