About this role
KPG99 INC is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile project delivery teams and manage IT projects from planning through execution. This role blends servant leadership with project management accountability to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile project delivery teams and manage IT projects from planning through execution
- Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of project management experience in IT or software delivery environments
- 4+ years in Agile delivery/ Scrum Master
- Proven success delivering complex IT projects and leading Agile teams
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM II or III, CSP, or equivalent
- Strong servant leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Experience leading distributed teams and supporting Agile transformation efforts
- Expertise with Agile metrics, backlog management, and estimation practices
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
