Influence is an AI-native platform focused on optimizing LinkedIn growth for founders through automation and advanced analytics. The Growth Marketing Internship Fellowship provides hands-on experience in executing growth experiments across various channels, analyzing user behavior, and contributing to product-led growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end execution of growth experiments across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and landing pages, including hypothesis development, implementation, and performance tracking
- Assist with creating and refining messaging for campaigns, outreach, and educational content aimed at founders and other key audiences
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance, document insights, contribute to product-led growth initiatives, and coordinate with team members to keep projects on schedule
- Help test new acquisition strategies, report on results, and propose data-informed improvements to accelerate user growth and engagement
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and draw actionable insights from experiments
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to write concise messages and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated interest or experience in growth hacking and experimentation, including testing new acquisition channels and funnel optimizations
- Comfort with basic sales concepts, outreach workflows, and supporting top-of-funnel activities to engage prospective users
- Solid project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with team members on concurrent initiatives
- Interest in AI, B2B SaaS, or social media (especially LinkedIn) and how they intersect with modern growth strategies
- Self-directed, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with limited supervision
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
