Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in hardware repair of network equipment and devices.
• 1+ years of experience in IT computer networking including installation of servers, switches, routers, and monitors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify cabling and hardware issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and network devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical writing skills for developing standard operating procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment and data network devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair servers with hardware and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain operation of all network processes.
• Install and arrange new equipment for data centers.
• Provide live support to clients and coworkers and troubleshoot problems as they occur.
