We are seeking a Service Desk Personnel to provide onsite technical support and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices while managing support tickets in a fast-paced environment.

- Video Conferencing Support (MS Teams, WebEx)
- Remote Support Tools (RDP, MSRA, Teams)
- ServiceNow Ticket Management
- Hardware Deployment & End-User Support
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
Requirements:
- Local candidates preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience handling high-volume support requests
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
