Enlyte is a company that combines technology, clinical expertise, and compassion to assist individuals recovering from workplace injuries or auto accidents. They are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to execute manual and automation test cases, design and maintain test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automation test cases for the application suite, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and reliability
- Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
- Perform thorough defect identification, documentation, and tracking through the complete resolution lifecycle, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity classification
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, daily standups, and test case peer reviews
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test coverage, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverage (preferred)
- Support Deg and QA/UAT validation testing during release cycles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of manual software testing experience
- Proficiency in manual test case design and execution
- Proficiency in test management tools (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL Server (ability to write basic queries for data validation)
- Proficiency in API testing concepts (RESTful services)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand complex business workflows
- Willingness to develop deep expertise in medical billing domain
- Good collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Quick learner and able to adapt in fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverage
- Experience with medical billing, healthcare claims processing, or insurance domain
- Automation test writing experience (Selenium, Coded UI Editor)
- Familiarity with web application testing (.NET Framework applications)
- Familiarity with database testing and data verification
- Understanding of medical billing workflows
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding systems
- Familiarity with Auto Insurance claims processing
- Experience with medical bill review systems
- Exposure to automation testing tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
