Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a commercially minded and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across their stationary metrology portfolio. The role emphasizes customer engagement and market development initiatives, serving as a key connector between various teams to enhance customer lifecycle experiences and expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across the stationary metrology portfolio, with a particular emphasis on aftermarket opportunities, installed-base expansion, customer lifecycle engagement, and market development initiatives
- Shape the messaging architecture, customer insights, and solution narratives that power scalable demand generation, increase competitive win rates, expand market share, and unlock growth across our installed base and services portfolio
- Build and maintain insight loops that capture customer and stakeholder feedback, identify market opportunities and barriers to adoption, and translate those insights into messaging, enablement programs, campaign concepts, and content initiatives that support business growth
- Strengthen customer engagement throughout the ownership lifecycle, expand awareness and adoption of aftermarket offerings, support modernization and upgrade opportunities, and help customers view Hexagon as a trusted long-term partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, commercial marketing, product management, customer success, aftermarket marketing, or related roles
- Experience developing customer-focused marketing programs, sales enablement initiatives, and growth campaigns
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Experience gathering and translating customer and stakeholder insights into marketing actions and business recommendations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Experience working within global matrix organizations and collaborating across regions
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, content, and research tools
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, digital twins, and quality management processes
- Ideally, experience marketing industrial technology, manufacturing solutions, metrology equipment, automation systems, software, or related B2B technologies
- Ideally experience within metrology, quality inspection, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), industrial automation, precision manufacturing, or manufacturing software
- Ideally experience supporting aftermarket, service, upgrade, modernization, or installed-base growth programs
