Senior Manager, Cash Back Products & Product Excellence

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Cash Back Products & Product Excellence to manage their suite of Consumer Cash Back and Low-Rate products, driving profitable portfolio growth and implementing strategies for product excellence. The role involves leadership responsibilities, operational efficiencies, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the strategic development for a portfolio of products including the SimplyCash Card from American Express, SimplyCash Preferred Card from American Express, and the American Express Essential Card
• Evaluation and development of value proposition enhancements grounded in customer insights, analytics and economics management
• Continuously evolve the Product Line Strategy including development of plans to enhance the competitive advantage of our products
• Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Management of Product Excellence, being adaptable and innovative in changing and enhancing the Product Management Experience
• Responsible for coordinating with internal partners to ensure strong business partnerships across the lines of business
