They are seeking a Territory Field Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through impactful field marketing programs, including recruiting and managing field teams and executing lead-generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop field marketing teams (Events, Outreach, Big Box)
- Lead onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives
- Execute training programs aligned with company standards
- Manage and track KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, and ROI
- Plan and execute high-volume lead generation campaigns
- Develop territory-specific strategies to maximize engagement
- Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials
- Generate leads personally while leading by example
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and event organizers
- Oversee territory operations including event calendars, inventory, and logistics
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with company standards and partner requirements
- Finding, coordinating, booking, and executing events within the territory
- Maintaining labor and expenses within the budget
Requirements:
- Experience hiring, training, and managing teams
- Background in event marketing or big-box retail
