Spartan Solar is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Remote Solar Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will focus on outbound cold calling to homeowners, generating interest in solar energy, and scheduling appointments for solar consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads
- Build rapport and create interest in solar energy solutions
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants
- Accurately document call outcomes and appointments
- Follow provided scripts and proven sales processes
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Previous phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus
- Solar industry experience is a plus, but not required
