Translate national brand strategy into regional and local market programs including Heinz Verified expansion
Adapt brand extensions and partnership initiatives into locally relevant activations
Identify opportunities to activate against real-time and cultural moments in market
Serve as the local market expert for the assigned region
Provide local learnings and recommendations to strengthen future activations and partnership efforts
Lead execution of brand extensions and partnership activations across the assigned region
Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and operators
Serve as the key marketing partner to local Sales teams, agencies, customers, and operators
Monitor quality of execution and address issues quickly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA with a marketing focus preferred
5 to 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, field marketing, product management, brand management, CPG Sales, or related commercial roles
Foodservice experience preferred
Strong ability to influence and build credibility at all levels, internally and externally
Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful marketing integrations
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to move with speed and agility, respond to changing market dynamics, and activate against real-time opportunities
Must be able to prioritize with impact
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50 % for business
