Senior Analytics Engineer – Healthcare Data | Medicare Advantage | Remote

Pinnacle Technology is a healthcare organization focused on building scalable analytics solutions. They are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to design and build enterprise data solutions, develop healthcare data pipelines, and create self-service analytics using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build enterprise DataMarts
• Develop and optimize large-scale healthcare data pipelines
• Integrate Epic Clarity, Tapestry, claims, enrollment, and external vendor data
• Create self-service analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI
• Build Python-based automation and AI-enabled analytics workflows
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI experience
• Strong SQL and Python development skills
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or similar platforms
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and analytic-ready datasets
• Tableau and/or Power BI expertise
• Healthcare data experience (Epic Clarity, Tapestry, Claims, Enrollment, Provider Data, EHRs)
• Medicare Advantage experience
• RAF / Risk Adjustment knowledge
• HEDIS reporting experience
• CMS and regulatory reporting
• AI/ML, LLMs, automation, or intelligent workflow development
