Business Data Analyst

Accion Labs is seeking a Sr. Business Data Analyst for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, extensive SQL experience, and the ability to build reports while utilizing business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge of querying and analyzing data with SQL (advanced SQL not required - they can pick it up as they go)
• Some knowledge/experience with data warehousing
• Are willing and interested to experiment with using AI in their role (Copilot, Claude, Rovo)
• Are critical thinkers, curious, and interested in learning
• Are not afraid to ask questions and raise knowledge gaps
• Stakeholder management
• Experience with functional requirements elicitation
• Experience consulting on solution design for data warehouses
• Experience working with sales/product/customer/usage/subscription data
• Familiarity with Fabric/Azure
• Experience with Power BI and/or MSCRM (or any other CRM)
• Experience in with the publishing industry

• experience with Power BI and/or MSCRM (or any other CRM)
• experience in with the publishing industry
