Job Summary
The AI Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This hybrid role demands strong leadership in agile environments, stakeholder management, and expertise in AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML programs, from ideation to deployment, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to define roadmaps, mitigate risks, and resolve dependencies.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources; track KPIs such as ROI, model accuracy, and deployment velocity.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive reporting, demos, and change management for AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for AI process improvements and mentor junior PMs on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s/Master''s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field; PMP, CSM, or AI certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) preferred.
- 5+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), or data engineering.
- Proven track record managing complex tech programs; experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, NLP) and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
