About this role
We are hiring a Data Engineer to build, support, and modernize our data pipeline environment. This person will work heavily with SQL/T-SQL, Snowflake, ETL/ELT workflows, and production data warehouse processes. Responsibilities include building new pipelines, supporting existing data integrations, troubleshooting report/data issues, optimizing query and pipeline performance, and helping migrate legacy SQL-based processes into Snowflake. This is a hands-on implementation role, working closely with senior data engineering, data platform, and stakeholders to deliver project work and maintain day-to-day data operations.Must Haves
- 5+ years Data Engineering experience
- Strong SQL/T-SQL development experience
- Solid Snowflake experience (preferred 3+ years)
- Hands-on ETL/ELT development experience
- Data warehouse development experience
- Data pipeline design and support experience
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience building and supporting production data solutions
- Basic-to-intermediate Python experience
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI
- Healthcare industry experience
- EMR/EHR data experience
- Data migration and modernization projects
- Cloud-based analytics platforms
