IRIS Software Group is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a strategic Sales Development Executive to strengthen relationships with Accounting and Payroll firms in the US. The role focuses on building partnerships and selling payroll processing software, with responsibilities including managing the entire sales process and achieving sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of our accountants and payroll client’s needs and requirements
- Successfully serve customers and prospects, targeting to create a customer for life
- Be responsible for the entire sales process – this is a closing role
- Continually develop your consultative sales skills & product knowledge
- Occasionally attend trade shows/seminars or participate in conferences Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of experience within a Payroll/HCM software sales role
- You could explain complex and technical issues clearly, to non-technical audience
- You have experience with developing new account prospects and clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone
- You have strong communication skills
- You are receptive to feedback and constructive criticism
- You have sold payroll products or services (preferred, not essential)
