Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, seeking a Senior Account Manager to promote and sell its products within the Industrial Manufacturing Industries. This role involves nurturing sales opportunities, developing marketing plans, managing accounts, and achieving sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement
- Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
Requirements:
- Experience selling technology business solutions to manufacturing customers
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales
- Previous success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Fluent German and English
