Weekday AI is assisting a leading AI lab in enhancing their AI models, particularly in the field of Electrical Engineering. The role involves collaborating with research teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance, while also designing and evaluating complex problems and providing detailed feedback.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll collaborate with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps, improving AI model performance in the Electrical Engineering domain
• You will be designing and evaluating complex problems and solutions, while providing detailed, written feedback

Requirements:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering from a top US, UK, Canadian, or European university
• 2+ years of academic (research/teaching) or professional (engineer, researcher, or scientist) experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Must be based in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
