Spektr is a company focused on automating complex compliance workflows through AI. As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for executing outbound prospecting, generating a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute outbound prospecting across email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Research and identify the right contacts at target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and contact / account data platforms
- Qualify outbound prospects to understand their compliance challenges, regulatory pain points, and fit for spektr’s solution against clear ICP criteria
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to refine messaging, identify target personas, and optimise engagement with the right contacts at target accounts
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Work with Marketing Operations to automate prospecting workflows, identify buying intent signals, and maintain accurate account and contact data
- Follow up on event and campaign contacts to convert interest into qualified opportunities
- Share feedback from the market to help shape product positioning and GTM strategy
- Continuously seek ways to optimise and improve marketing and sales processes
