Remote Customer Success Team Manager

AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced professionals who are ready to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs and guide them through available options while also supporting team performance and development.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Guide clients through benefit options and support enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
• Recruit, mentor, and support team members
• Set performance expectations and track progress
• Lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls
• Promote a culture of accountability and growth

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based computer with webcam
• Experience in leadership, management, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
