Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist, and they are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead strategic AI and enterprise transformation initiatives for Fortune 500, Mid-Market, and Public Sector clients. This role involves owning delivery excellence, executive stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable ROI through collaboration with engineering, AI, product, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology programs, ensuring successful execution against scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Drive program governance, executive communications, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, define transformation roadmaps, establish success metrics, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic discussions to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI-driven transformation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, product, and business teams to translate client requirements into executable delivery plans and successful releases
- Lead Agile delivery practices, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous execution management
- Monitor program health through KPIs, value realization metrics, and business outcome tracking to ensure client success and ROI
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while driving accountability across cross-functional teams
- Lead executive business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements by uncovering additional business needs and driving account growth through trusted advisory relationships and successful delivery
Requirements:
- 8 Years of experience in Program Management, Client Delivery, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles
- Proven experience managing enterprise software, technology, cloud, AI, or digital transformation programs for external clients
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including engagement with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and successfully manage complex, high-visibility programs
- Strong understanding of program management fundamentals, including planning, governance, risk management, scope control, budgeting, and Agile delivery
- Technical fluency with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions, requirements gathering, business process analysis, and transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts and contribute to account expansion
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, system integrator, or client-services environments is highly preferred
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, Cloud, Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation programs is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred
