About this role
Tekgence Inc is seeking a Process Engineer to lead initiatives in process mapping and documentation. The role involves analyzing existing processes for improvement, facilitating workshops, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process mapping and documentation initiatives (Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Mapping)
- Analyze existing ITSM and engineering processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to quantify process improvement impact
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to streamline workflows
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for stakeholder readouts
- Support adoption of new tools (e.g., ScanAI) for process optimization
Requirements:
- Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Proven background in continuous improvement / process consulting
- Experience working in ITSM and engineering/technology environments
- Ability to facilitate workshops and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Lead process mapping and documentation initiatives (Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Mapping)
- Analyze existing ITSM and engineering processes to identify improvement opportunities

- Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Process mapping tools: Lucidchart (Lucid), Visio or similar
- Familiarity with ITSM tools/processes (ServiceNow or similar is a plus)
- Exposure to emerging tools like ScanAI (good to have)
- Excellent communication
