Job Title: Business Execution Consultant
Contract Length: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262
Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Will support the rollout of new CCaaS platforms by developing agent and supervisor training materials focused on contact center workflows. This role will create simulations, guided walkthroughs, job aids, and practical learning content designed to simplify complex systems into actionable steps for end users.

The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design experience, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training materials
• Translate CCaaS platform functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content
• Partner with SMEs to validate, refine, and update training content
• Support rapid updates and enhancements aligned with platform changes
• Conduct training needs analysis and support curriculum planning activities
• Build practical learning materials tied to contact center workflows
• Develop training content for both agents and supervisors
• Work independently to manage deliverables and resolve issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing training for contact center environments
• Strong instructional design and job aid development experience
• Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
• Experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts
• Experience with training needs analysis and curriculum planning
• Strong self-starter with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Epiplex or similar software to build simulations and guided workflows
• CCaaS / CIW platform experience
• Experience with multimodal training development
• Prior experience supporting CCaaS training initiatives
• Financial services industry experience is considered an asset
