About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong Java development skills and a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, you will contribute to moderately complex engineering initiatives, help solve challenging technical problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong Java development skills and a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, you will contribute to moderately complex engineering initiatives, help solve challenging technical problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java and related technologies
- Contribute to the delivery of large-scale software engineering initiatives
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues involving multiple variables
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services
- Work with relational databases (SQL) to support application functionality
- Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and client teams to deliver project goals
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, compliance, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years of experience with Java development
- Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering principles
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Familiarity with LDAP and directory services
- Experience with Bravura Security (IDM Suite or Password Manager/Bravura Pass strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of C++
- Experience developing secure and scalable enterprise applications
- Candidates with frequent short-term roles or primarily long-term government/public sector experience will not be considered
- Prior experience with Bravura Pass or similar tools is a strong advantage
