They are seeking Customer Support Representatives who will assist customers with their inquiries and support needs primarily through remote communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- FaceGraph Customer Support Representatives respond to customer requests over email in our ticketing system, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing
- CSRs report to our AMER team leader and work collaboratively with our global team of Support Professionals
Requirements:
- Outstanding remote software support skills
- Ability to listen for the outcomes customers are seeking
- Experience responding to customer requests over email
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Experience with live chats
- Experience with on-screen shares
