The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new high-ticket business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to set up meetings for Sales Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new high-ticket business opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to set up meetings or calls for the Sales Account Executives (SAEs)
- Adhere to NEPQ principles according to current organizational targets
- Make a minimum of 350 calls per day
- Achieve an average of 5 meetings booked per day
- Ensure a 50% or more show-up rate for client meetings
- Meet or exceed a minimum of $50,000 cash collected monthly by the 4th month employed and consistently thereafter
- Participate in assigned trainings to uphold NEPQ standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in sales, high-ticket sales preferred
- Minimum 2 years success in negotiating
- Minimum 4 years in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- A strong sense of resilience and the ability to handle rejection
- A high degree of persistence and a 'hunter' mentality
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and activities
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow a career in sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, but equivalent experience plus high-school diploma will also be considered
- NEPQ Certification or courses strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and other sales tools is a plus
