E2E ServiceNow Tester
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Tester with strong ServiceNow testing expertise to validate complex business processes across integrated enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing ServiceNow workflows, APIs, web applications, databases, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute E2E, functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios.
- Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM, and custom applications.
- Validate integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, Azure, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform data validation across UI, APIs, middleware, and databases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Track defects, support release validation, and collaborate with Agile teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in Software QA and End-to-End Testing.
- 4+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, API testing, SQL, and data validation.
- Experience with automation frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent ServiceNow testing expertise.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems.
