HIVE TA Technologies Inc. is building a new operating model for wealth management aimed at automating manual workflows across large RIAs and wealth management firms. They are seeking a senior Executive Advisor with extensive experience in wealth management to guide strategic initiatives, pilot strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on how large RIAs and wealth management firms evaluate new technology, including buyer priorities, decision-making processes, budget ownership, implementation concerns, and adoption barriers
- Help us understand the executive-level pain points around operational scale, advisor productivity, compliance burden, client onboarding, workflow fragmentation, and technology modernization
- Provide insight into how CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and operations leaders think about AI, automation, platform risk, vendor selection, and ROI
- Help identify the right early design partners and pilot customers among large RIAs, enterprise wealth firms, aggregators, broker-dealers, custodians, or platform providers
- Advise on pilot structure, including target customer profiles, use cases, success metrics, implementation scope, pricing assumptions, stakeholder mapping, and conversion strategy
- Help define what evidence large firms need before moving from a pilot to a broader commercial deployment
- Advise on our GTM strategy for the wealth management market, including customer segmentation, executive messaging, sales motion, channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and enterprise adoption paths
- Help refine our positioning around an agentic operating system for wealth management, with emphasis on operational leverage, compliance risk reduction, workflow accuracy, advisor productivity, and scalable client service
- Identify potential strategic partners, including custodians, technology platforms, consultants, enterprise RIAs, aggregators, broker-dealers, and wealth management infrastructure providers
- Provide executive-level feedback on the product roadmap, especially around which workflows matter most to large wealth management firms and which capabilities create the strongest wedge
- Advise on product priorities across client onboarding, KYC, account opening, documentation review, NIGO prevention, compliance workflows, CRM updates, custodian workflows, and operational exception management
- Help translate real executive and operational pain into product requirements, pilot milestones, enterprise readiness criteria, and long-term platform opportunities
- Help sharpen our fundraising story by strengthening the market thesis, wedge strategy, competitive positioning, platform narrative, and long-term category vision
- Advise on how to communicate the opportunity to venture investors, strategic investors, and potential partners
- Provide feedback on pitch materials, market sizing, investor positioning, GTM assumptions, and enterprise adoption strategy
Requirements:
- CEO, COO, CTO, President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, or equivalent executive role at a large RIA or wealth management firm
- Senior executive at an RIA aggregator, broker-dealer, custodian, TAMP, family office platform, or enterprise wealth management organization
- Former executive who led operations, technology, platform strategy, advisor experience, compliance transformation, or digital transformation for a large advisory business
- Wealthtech or fintech executive with deep experience selling into or building for large RIAs and enterprise wealth firms
- Strategic advisor with direct relationships across the wealth management executive ecosystem
- Deep knowledge in large RIA operations and organizational structure
- Deep knowledge in client onboarding and account opening workflows
- Deep knowledge in KYC, AML, compliance, risk review, and documentation processes
- Deep knowledge in custodian relationships and integrations
- Deep knowledge in advisor technology stack and enterprise workflow systems
- Deep knowledge in CRM, portfolio management, document management, and compliance platforms
- Deep knowledge in wealth management technology buying cycles
