Job Summary

We are seeking a CCIE-Certified Network Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of overall networking experience to support enterprise network operations and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for complex networking problems.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices.
• Analyze network performance and implement optimization recommendations.
• Support incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
• Troubleshoot routing and switching issues involving protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VLANs.
• Work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure network reliability and availability.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Active CCIE Certification (Routing & Switching, Enterprise Infrastructure, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of total professional networking experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Cisco Routing & Switching
  • BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP
  • Network troubleshooting and debugging
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Exposure to network security technologies and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and automation tools.
