CliquePrize is a mobile app that helps local brick-and-mortar small businesses grow through giveaways and promotions. They are seeking four Social Media Marketing Interns to create content and engage in community social listening as part of their marketing efforts. This internship is designed for students pursuing degrees in PR, Strategic Communications, Marketing, or Journalism, and offers academic credit.
Responsibilities:
- Create content for your Metro Market covering industries in our core categories: Beauty (Hair Salons, Nails, Tanning, Eyelashes), Health (MedSpas, Dermatology, Skincare, Chiropractic), Retail (Bridal Shops, Retail Stores, Furniture Stores), Fitness (Gyms, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing), Home Improvement (Interior Designers, Real Estate), Events (Party Rental, Escape Rooms, Tourism), Learning (Karate, Music, Swim Schools), Technicians (HVAC, Automotive), Food (Bars, Restaurants, Food Trucks), Pet Services (Kennels, Veterinary Clinics), Childcare & Family Services (Daycares, Tutoring Centers), Wellness & Alternative Health (Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Holistic Centers) and more
- Use TweetDeck and other Social listening tools to follow communities online such as Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Quora, NextDoor, Redditt, etc to respond to Small Business Owners who seek solutions to cash flow and growth issues
- Find new groups and respond to posts

Requirements:
- Commit to 1 weekly meeting with the Social Media team
- 2 hours per day during weekdays
- Students based in the Los Angeles or Florida areas will get priority
- Create content for your Metro Market covering industries in core categories
- Use TweetDeck and other Social listening tools to follow communities online
- Find new groups and respond to posts
- Help promote the College Ambassador program
