Eden Prescott is an AI lab developing frontier models and intelligent products that are redefining how humans work with technology. They are seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to help build the security foundation of their organization, focusing on securing systems and enabling safe AI adoption. The role involves designing security controls, improving corporate security areas, and partnering with stakeholders to identify and remediate security gaps.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security controls that enable employees to operate quickly while maintaining strong security standards
- Own and improve key areas of corporate security across identity, endpoints, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure
- Build automation and AI-driven workflows to improve security operations, reduce manual effort, and increase detection and response capabilities
- Develop practical guardrails for the safe adoption of AI tools across the company
- Conduct security reviews and risk assessments across enterprise systems, including identity providers, endpoint platforms, collaboration tools, and cloud-based business applications
- Partner with Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and remediate security gaps
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and drive adoption of solutions that improve resilience and operational efficiency
- Contribute to security standards, best practices, and internal guidance that scales with company growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to teams adopting new technologies, balancing security requirements with business velocity
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Enterprise Security, Security Engineering, or a related field within a modern technology company
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security & Device Management, SaaS Security, Enterprise Networking & Access Controls
- Strong understanding of enterprise data protection strategies, including data discovery, access controls, DLP, backup, and data governance
- Experience assessing and securing business-critical SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with AI security concepts and the risks associated with enterprise AI adoption
- Demonstrated ability to automate security processes using modern tooling, scripting, AI, or workflow orchestration platforms
- Experience building or scaling security programs at a high-growth startup
- Exposure to cloud security in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
- Experience implementing enterprise security tooling such as EDR, SSPM, CASB, DSPM, or ZTNA platforms
