PeopleLens is on a mission to enhance sales performance through AI-driven insights. They are seeking a Sales Development Intern to assist in building pipeline and engaging with Sales, Enablement, and RevOps leaders while gaining hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Helping research and identify high-potential accounts and buyer personas within our ICP
- Reaching out to prospects across channels - cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
- Running a small outbound campaign - plan the approach, execute it, and share what you learned
- Spot repetitive work in the GTM process and propose small automation experiments to eliminate it
