Security Engineer – Email Security

Role Overview

• Provide engineering support for Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise
• Work with developers, application owners , end-users and security as needed, to provide support towards our Secure Email solutions
• Possess the skills to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues
• Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email related issues
• 2+ years' Experience working with email security tools like SaaS or similar
• 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
• Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
• Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
